Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoLux platform and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GoLux provides software for managing luxury vehicle rental operations, including reservations, fleet and asset records, client and contract management, payment recording, and related tooling. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You are responsible for your team members’ use of the Service.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up.
• New accounts may begin with a free trial. A payment method is required to start; you will not be charged during the trial and may cancel before it ends to avoid being billed.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant GoLux a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the data you submit, including information about your renters.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Payments to your customers

The Service helps you record and manage payments collected from your own customers. GoLux does not take a percentage of your rental revenue. You are solely responsible for your transactions with your customers and for compliance with applicable payment and tax rules.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, GoLux will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or where required by law. Certain provisions survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
